Monitoring and Controlling Hydroponic Units using IoT

The use of hydroponic systems for growing crops is becoming increasingly popular due to its efficiency and sustainability. However, monitoring controlling these can be challenging time-consuming. This where the Internet Things (IoT) comes into play, as it allows real-time control from anywhere at any time. In this paper, we explore IoT units, including sensors measuring various parameters such pH, temperature, nutrient levels, actuators water supply. We also discuss advantages using farming, increased yield reduced resource usage, well potential challenges future research directions. Overall, paper provides a comprehensive overview in hydroponics revolutionize modern agriculture.
